Pre-event Short Courses provide you with focused education, taught by experts in their respective fields. You’ll participate in group exercises, explore real-world case studies, learn about best practices, discover practical applications, and much more, all within an environment that encourages networking and information sharing.

Attend this new workshop, which was designed to review the current protocols and requirements for food traceability in Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) countries, and highlight practices for growing your market share when traceability is a mandatory requirement. It will explore general food traceability policies in key countries, and will also provide a review of how traceability can be used to reduce food waste in the supply chain.
