IFT Food Expo has a new online tool for exhibitors to register their exhibitor appointed contractors (EACs), and for EACs to manage their requirements for the IFT Food Expo. Any EAC that needs access to the expo floor must upload their current information into this tool. Subcontracted EACs must also register, designate main contacts, provide a Certificate of Insurance with the required coverage listed in this section, and order badges. Information should be provided no later than June 19, 2013. EACs are not allowed to register themselves on behalf of an exhibitor.
Badges will cost a non-refundable fee of $15 per person if ordered by May 31, 2013, or $20 per person if ordered after May 31, 2013, which will be used to help pay for badging and pre-show administration of the program. Payment will be made using the EAC registration online tool.
