The 2013 IFT Annual Meeting & Food Expo will be held at McCormick Place South, 2301 S. Lake Shore Drive, in Chicago. The Hilton Chicago, located at 720 S. Michigan Avenue, Chicago, will be our headquarters hotel.
Housing Alert!
Please be aware that Experient, Inc. is the only official housing agent for IFT’s 2013 event in Chicago. No other housing company or travel agent is authorized to place hotel reservations on behalf of IFT guests. Reservations made through any other agency cannot be guaranteed by IFT and may result in loss of deposit, additional charges, incorrect placement, or inflated room rates. Once the housing system has opened on March 1, please use the online hotel reservation system or official housing forms on this website to avoid confusion, additional charges, and unsatisfactory service.
Special rates are available in select hotels through IFT Housing. Hotels will not accept reservations directly. Reservations are processed on a first come, first served basis and a credit card valid through July 2013 is required to guarantee each hotel reservation. Hotels will charge a single night’s room and tax (currently 16.4%) deposit to your credit card after June 21, 2013.
