Hotel & Travel
IFT15 will be held at McCormick Place South. The Hilton Chicago is our headquarters hotel.
It's important for IFT15 attendees and exhibitors to book through Experient, IFT's official housing partner. Booking a room in using IFT’s official housing provider helps IFT secure future meeting sites, keeps meeting costs as low as possible, and enables us to provide some of the important features our participants have come to enjoy.
Beware of Unauthorized Hotel Solicitors
Experient is the only housing company affiliated with IFT15. No other housing company or travel agent is authorized to place hotel reservations on behalf of IFT. Reservations made through any other agency cannot be guaranteed by IFT, and may result in a loss of deposit, additional charges, incorrect placement, or inflated room rates for conference participants. Please use the online hotel reservation system or official housing forms on this website to avoid confusion, additional charges, and unsatisfactory service.
Special rates are available in select hotels through IFT housing. Hotels will not accept reservations directly. Reservations are processed on a first come, first served basis and a credit card valid through July 2015, is required to guarantee each hotel reservation. Hotels may charge a single night’s room and tax (currently 16.4%) deposit to your credit card after June 19, 2015.
Hotel reservations must be made by June 18, 2015, to receive special rates.
