Policy on Children

Children under the age of 16 are not permitted at the Annual Meeting & Food Expo, without exception. Refer to Family Activities for child care options and activity information.


Accepted Forms of Payment

Checks must be in U.S. dollars, drawn on a U.S. Bank, payable to: Institute of Food Technologists. Credit Card: American Express, MasterCard, Visa, or Discover. Wire Transfers and Purchase Orders not accepted.

A $50.00 service fee will be deducted from all refunds. Badge(s) and Tickets received must be returned to receive refund. There are no refunds for no shows at the meeting. Donations are not refundable.
