SustainabilityThis track will showcase the efforts of food industry, academia, and government to develop and ensure a sustainable food supply. The science and technology to support efforts in food sufficiency, sustainable product development and packaging, ingredient sourcing and food production, and waste management will be addressed. The business case for environmental sustainability will also be covered.
