Food Processing

This track will focus on food processing and packaging in order to improve quality, efficiency, and sustainability, or to lead to the development of new products, processes, packaging materials, or techniques. Sessions will seek to improve participants' understanding of scientific and engineering principles of new and existing food processing and packaging
technologies.
