Food, Health & Nutrition
This track will present clinical and applied nutrition science research, as well as consumer data associated with foods and ingredients to promote health. Key issues include dietary guidance processes from government and professional associations, labeling initiatives, nutrition education and promotion efforts, and emerging science and technology for the food-based management of health conditions.
