As future leaders of IFT and the food science and technology professions, the undergraduate and graduate students of the Institute of Food Technologists Student Association (IFTSA) are an active and important part of every Annual Meeting & Food Expo.

IFT Student Association Competitions provide student members of IFT the unique opportunity to compete, individually or on teams. Most of the competition finals take place at the IFT Annual Meeting & Food Expo.Check back for more details within the coming weeks.

Members of the IFT Student Association who will be attending the IFT Annual Meeting & Food Expo may apply to serve as Session Monitors.Members of the IFT Student Association who will be attending the meeting may apply to serve as Session Monitors. As a session monitor, you are an important member of our staff and act as a representative of our organization. If chosen, students will receive complimentary registration to the IFT Annual Meeting & Food Expo and complimentary lodging in a quad-occupancy shared room during the meeting.
