What sets IFT’s education apart?

IFT16 sessions are developed by scientific experts, and are reviewed and selected by professionals with deep expertise in each area, ensuring that our education programming is second to none in terms of current scientific content.

More than 100 sessions and 1,000+ technical research presentations, divided into major areas of focus, make it easy for you to build a custom learning experience. The tracks below make it easy to identify relevant sessions, but be sure to check out our Session Planner (beginning in March 2016) to sort sessions by specific topic, such as emerging trends, new developments, and commodity areas, as well as experience level, and more.

Registration opens March 1, 2016. Be sure to select “Total Access” when you register to take advantage of all the education IFT16 has to offer! Certified Food Scientists (CFS) can earn credits toward recertification by attending IFT's scientific and technical sessions.
